Mounted in hermetic TO-18 packages, the OP910 and OP910W silicon PIN photodiodes respond linearly to light within the irradiance range of 0.2 to 3 mW/cm2. Typical rise and fall times are 10 ns, which makes the photodiodes useful in high-speed sensing applications. With an operating temperature range of -65°C to 125°C, the photodiodes can be used in automotive, medical, industrial and commercial applications. The OP910 has a glass lens and an acceptance angle of ±12°, while the OP910W has a flat, glass window and an acceptance angle of ±40°.
