G6742 Series PIN diodes are mounted in a small ceramic chip-carrier package with a spectral response range of 0.9 to 1.7 µm and peak sensitivity of 1.55 µm. Photosensitivity is 0.9 A/W at 1.3 µm and 0.95 A/W at 1.55 µm. G6742-003

G6742 Series PIN diodes are mounted in a small ceramic chip-carrier package with a spectral response range of 0.9 to 1.7 µm and peak sensitivity of 1.55 µm. Photosensitivity is 0.9 A/W at 1.3 µm and 0.95 A/W at 1.55 µm. G6742-003 photodiode has a 0.3 mm diameter active area and G6742-01, a 1 mm active area. Dark current is 0.3 nA, and the cutoff frequency is 300 MHz for G6742-003 and 35 MHz for G6742-01.
