Power Supplies Can Be Remote Controlled

Aug. 1, 2000

The PMR series of multi-output, constant voltage and current regulated dc power supplies can be operated remotely via GPIB and an optional power supply controller. Remote control is possible from up to 200 meters. Also, using the power supply controller, the PMR series can be extended to a maximum of 31 channels. Other features of the series include a dual-tracking function, easy-to-use operation panel, a preset memory function with three memories, a high-resolution four-digit display, and five models with two, three or four outputs to choose from. Prices range from $1,400 to $1,900. The PMR series is manufactured by Kikusui, but is available in the United States exclusively from IFR Systems.
