Suited for Gigabit Ethernet, DSP, Stratum IV, and other CMOS/TTL applications, the M7R and M8R series 5V and 3.3V oscillators are available in frequencies between 80.000 MHz and 125.000 MHz. The devices use overtone to generate the output frequency, providing low jitter specs. Jitter of 10 ps is typical. Both devices are offered in a 9 mm x 14 mm J-lead ceramic package with a grounded lid for reduced EMI emissions. Stability of ±20 ppm over a temperature range of 0°C to +70°C or ±25 ppm over -40°C to +85°C is achievable.
