High-Speed Static SRAM Boasts 9-ns Access Time

Claimed as the market's fastest 3-bit asynchronous SRAM, the IS61LV12824 is a 128k x 24 asynchronous device designed using 0.25-┬Ám, 4T cell technology. It provides a 24-bit wide memory for applications using DSPs from Motorola, Lucent, or Analog Devices. The device operates from a 3.3V power supply and is well-suited for telecom and networking equipment. It features access times of 9, 10, 12, and 15 ns and is available in the 100-pin TQFP and 119-ball BGA packages.
