\[July 11, 2006\] Claiming to halve the supply current of comparable devices, the AS1150/51/52 quad LVDS ICs deliver data rates up to 500 Mb/s with a 300-ps pulse skew, making them suitable for use in digital copiers, laser printers, cell phone base stations, telecom switches, and network routers/switches. The AS1150/51 receivers consume a supply current of 5 mA, while the AS1152 driver consumes 4 mA. Each receiver accepts LVDS input signals conforming to the ANSI TIA/EIA-644 LVDS standard and converts them to LVTTL/LVCMOS output levels. The AS1151 integrates termination to eliminate four external resistors. The AS1152 driver converts LVTTL/LVCMOS signals into LVDS outputs conforming to the ANSI TIA/EIA-644 LVDS standard. Additionally, the AS1150/51/52 family operates from a single 3.3V supply in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +85°C and is available in 16-pin TSSOPs. AUSTRIAMICROSYSTEMS USA INC., Raleigh, NC.
