The Model 9362 Oscilloscope can capture single-shot events with 10-GS/s sampling. It also offers 1.5-GHz bandwidth on repetitive events sampled in the Random Interleaved Sampling (RIS) mode. The scope maintains high bandwidth when transferring to single-shot data capture, where it has a 750-MHz bandwidth.
The 9362 has a full set of advanced trigger features including state qualified pattern triggering and a glitch trigger that captures glitches down to 1 ns in width.
