The VX4101A MultiPaq™ combines six core instruments in one VXI C-sized slot. It is targeted for automated functional test systems for a variety of applications, including telecommunications and aerospace.
The core functions include a 5.5-digit DMM, a 250- or 500-MHz universal counter, a SurePath™ Master (switching control), 32 bits of digital I/O, eight digital-to-analog converters offering eight independent analog output channels, and eight relay drivers. A prescaler input for the counter handles frequency and period measurements to 3 GHz for microwave signals. A high-stability TCXO time base also is available for the counter.
