Test Platform Features Scalable Architecture

Quartet One is a mixed-signal test platform for consumer devices that combines a new digital subsystem with the company’s audio, video, and RF instruments. It provides up to 512 digital pins at 200 MHz, an edge placement accuracy of 175 ps, and 32M of vector memory.

Quartet One introduces four new software packages that address the complexity of mixed-signal devices and the embedded software that often is part of their intellectual property. Designed to accelerate time-to-production testing, the new packages include a pattern memory tool, an advanced shmoo tool, a waveform tool, and an advanced algorithmic pattern processor tool. Starts at $750,000. Credence Systems, (510) 657-7400.
