RF/mixed-signal testers use AXIe and PXI hardware

The AX-Series Test Systems address characterization and production testing of RF and mixed-signal semiconductors. The turnkey integrated systems are compatible with AXIe and PXI instrument cards and third-party software.

Four configurations are available. The WRX is a 20-slot PXI RF system with two to 16 bidirectional vector ports performing S-parameters, continuous wave, multitone, and full modulation to 6 GHz on each port. The AX500 five-slot AXIe system supports 12 to 48 device power supplies and 48 to 192 400-Mb/s digital pins.

The AX520 five-slot AXIe + 20-slot PXI system handles 12 to 48 device power supplies, 48 to 192 400-Mb/s digital pins, and two to 16 RF ports. AX1020 and AX1040 are 10-slot AXIe and 20/40-slot PXI systems accommodating 12 to 96 power supplies, 48 to 384 400-Mb/s digital pins, and two to 32 RF ports.
