The MicroLlight with embedded logo graphics provides a backlight that saves OEMs the extra step of adding an overlay and adhesive to illuminate their logo on products. Used to backlight everything from 3G cell-phone LCDs to mid-size and larger LCDs (up to 15-in. diagonals), they feature white, green, red, or blue LEDs. The logo may be embedded in a small backlit panel on the outside of a notebook computer to the corner of a larger backlight illuminating a mid-size to large LCD. Pricing for the logo-in-the-backlight MicroLens molded light guides (with an LED) ranges from $0.20 to $0.50 each to $0.50 to $1.25 each in OEM lots.
