Housed in 6-pin DIP- and SMD-type packages, the LH1056 solid-state relay offers a full 130 mA of continuous current capability with a low on-state output resistance of 20 ohms. Versatile enough in design that it is compatible with automated manufacturing equipment, the SSR also features I/O isolation of 3750 VACrms, contact configuration that is normally open, SPST, and LED control current of 2 mA. The output off-state switching times and slew rates are also said to be excellent.
