This video demonstrates the new Picotest P2102A 2-port ‘Browser’ probe specially designed for measuring power integrity applications including voltage regulator module (VRM) impedance and stability, power distribution network (PDN) impedance, and power supply transient response. The probe comes with multiple interchangeable sized heads allowing fast and repeatable power rail measurements without specialized connectors or having to solder coax to your output capacitors. Significant savings in the time to probe multiple rails is achieved by easily and quickly being able to move from point-to-point/rail-to-rail simply by reseating the probe points.

Supports Measuring Impedance, Transient Step Load, Ripple, Noise, 2-Port Impedance, and PCB Resonances. • Wide Bandwidth – 300MHz - Measures less than 1mOhm (Calibration dependent) • Four (4) Interchangeable Probe Heads – Sizes 1206, 0805, 0603, and 0402 • Various Attenuations Available - 1X, 2X, 5X, and 10X • Browsing capability greatly eases testing of multiple rails and repeat measurements • Rugged, ergonomic design; small form factor gets into tight places • Supports Stability - NISM P2102A Product Web Page: https://www.picotest.com/products_PDN_Probe.html
