MCUs Embrace ARM7 Core

Rounding out the company's mixed-signal, system-on-a-chip (SoC) product family are the AX07CF064 and AX07CF040. The AX07CF064 provides 64 KB of flash memory, a 10-bit five-channel a/d converter, 4 KB of SRAM, I/O options up to 55 bits, six, and two 16C550-compatible UARTs. With 40 KB of flash memory and I/O options up to 40 bits, the AX07CF040 is otherwise identical in features to the AX07CF064.
