Proclaimed the industry's smallest, the PIC10F six-pin, eight-bit flash microcontrollers pack the performance of the company's PIC MCU architecture into ultra-small form factor SOT-23 packages. The family consists of four members: the PIC10F200, PIC10F202, PIC10F204, and PIC10F206. They provide 256 to 512 instructions (x12-bit program words) of flash memory and 16 to 24 bytes of RAM. Shared features include a precision 4 MHz oscillator, 33 instructions, two stack levels, 25 mA source/sink current, 100 nA sleep current, an operating voltage range from 2V to 5.5V, one eight-bit timer, watchdog timer, in-circuit serial programming, power-on reset, and a sleep mode. The PIC10F204 and PIC10F206 also include an analog comparator module. With production volumes expected by July, prices for the PIC10F200, PIC10F202, PIC10F204, and PIC10F206 are $0.49, $0.57, $0.57, and $0.65 each/10,000, respectively.
