Caps Suppress RF Under Stress

July 18, 2011
Promising to simplify agency-compliance testing in EMI/RFI filter, bypass, and coupling scenarios, the THB Series capacitors suppress radio frequency interference in products that operate outdoors or in other harsh environments.

Promising to simplify agency-compliance testing in EMI/RFI filter, bypass, and coupling scenarios, the THB Series capacitors suppress radio frequency interference in products that operate outdoors or in other harsh environments. The components meet safety-agency X2 Class approvals including UL, CSA, and VDE. Other features include an operating temperature range from -40°C to +110°C with 85% RH standard, a self-healing metallized polypropylene film construction, capacitance values from 0.0047 mF to 2.2 mF at 300/310 Vac, 50-60Hz, and a  maximum peak voltage of 1.2 kV.
