Rohde & Schwarz's R&S IQW100 wideband I/Q data recorder is designed to simulate real-world test environments in combination with R&S signal analyzers and generators. The IQW100 supports recording and replaying signals at bandwidths up to 200 MHz and sampling rates up to 250 MS/s. Users can record signals garnered with the analyzer in any given environment and then replay the generator's recorded signals. The acquired signals are transferred to the R&S IQW100 using the standard digital I/Q interface and stored as IQ data. Regenerating those recorded signals is done in the same fashion, transferred using the same standard digital I/Q interface to the signal generator. The IQW100 can also handle signals with a maximum bandwidth of 160 MHz, making it suitable for all WLAN/Wi-Fi signals and all mobile standards in current commercial use.

STMicroelectronics now offers a new family of ST Intelligent and Integrated Gallium Nitride (GaN) solutions that combine power and intelligence for automotive applications. The STi2GaN series combines a monolithic power stage with drivers and protections utilizing GaN technology, along with SiP (System in a Package) solutions for application-specific ICs (ASICs) that can handle additional processing and control circuitry.

The solutions also take advantage of ST’s innovative bond-wire-free packaging technology, which increases its robust design, reliability, and performance. While the STi2GaN series is targeted mainly for automotive applications, they can also be utilized for onboard chargers, LIDAR, DC-DC converters, Class D amplifiers, and power-conversion systems.
