Check out some of the latest products to hit the market, including a series of 600- to 1200-V rectifiers that are ideal companions for MOSFETs and IGBTs and a family of fully-integrated buck regulators for the data center. Also featured is a new series of high-resolution oscilloscopes with up to 800 MHz of bandwidth as well as a high-voltage CAN measurement module targeted at battery testing for electric vehicles (EVs).
