New families of high-power-density 15-W dc-dc converters and a series of power MOSFETs for balancing large supercapacitors in electronic equipment are among the highlights in this week’s product roundup. Other features include a new family of Cortex-M0+ SoCs for HMI applications and a high-power test system for high-voltage fast chargers that can realistically emulate the batteries at the heart of electric vehicles.
