Products of the Week: SiC Modules for Aviation, SRAM with ECC

Topping the list this week is a family of high-voltage hybrid power drive modules that can be configured with SiC MOSFETs or IGBTs and a series of SRAM memory devices with embedded error-correction code (ECC). Also featured are a gate-driver IC suited for the high-voltage power electronics in EVs and new families of DTCXO-equipped real-time-clock (RTC) modules.
