Said to be the industry's first monolithic amplifier offering 17-channel operation, the MA17 is a precision, high-voltage op amp whose channels are each equipped with internal biasing to minimize crosstalk between channels. Designed for driving capacitive loads and housed in a 100-pin QFP having a footprint measuring less than 1.86 sq. in., the MA17 amp has a quiescent current of under 100 µA per channel, drastically reducing power and board space requirements in systems using multiple high-voltage drive channels, such as 3D MEMS mirror arrays, industrial ink jet printers, ATE, and adaptive optics. The device features high-voltage operation of 240V, with each channel output voltage capable of swinging up to ±100V with a dual supply and up to 200V with a single supply. Price: $52.70 each/10k.
