Mixed-signal ICs look to the Galaxy

Synopsys' Galaxy Design and Discovery Verification Platforms was tapped by Wolfson Microelectronics for the design and verification of its analog mixed-signal ICs.

Synopsys' Galaxy Design and Discovery Verification Platforms, as well as its DesignWare Library intellectual property (IP), were tapped by Wolfson Microelectronics for the design and verification of its analog mixed-signal ICs.

Wolfson designs ICs for use in MP3 players, digital cameras, game consoles, digital TVs, sound systems, and many other applications. The ICs target consumer products that must meet low area and power requirements and be cost-effective in a highly competitive market.
