Housed in a new, ultra-miniature 6-pin TB package, UPC2708TB and UPC2710TB wideband amplifiers are compatible in performance and pinout configuration with firm's previous T version RFICs. UPC2708TB is designed as a gain stage device for cellular, GPS and PCS receivers and DBS tuners. It features high output power for wideband operation and excellent gain and noise performance. Gain is 15 dB, noise figure 6.5 dB, and saturated power is 10 dBm. UPC2710TB is designed to serve as a PA driver in cellular, GPS and PCS receivers. It features high output power for wideband operation and delivers high gain and high saturated power with excellent noise performance. Gain is 33 dB, noise figure is 3.5 dB, and saturated power is 13 dBm.
