A family of low-cost, surface-mount amplifiers covers the 1 to 500 MHz frequency range for RF and microwave applications in military, industrial and consumer products. Consisting of five models, the ASMA series is well-suited for such broadband applications as digital radios, base stations, and repeaters. The cascadable amplifiers are stable, 50-ohm gain blocks.
Depending on the model, the device's nominal power gain ranges from 11 to 13 dB. Typical output power ranges from 22 to 30 dBm at 1 dB compression. The amplifier family comes in an SOIC-8 ceramic package and is available packaged in tape-and-reel. Pricing is as low as $25 each in quantities available from stock.
