Designed for use in base station applications, the company's new family of RF LDMOS devices are claimed to be fully characterized and individually tuned to operate at frequencies up to 1 GHz. Ten devices in the family operate at 880 MHz or 1 GHz, deliver an output voltage of 26V or 28V, and power outputs from 30W to 170W. Pricing for the MRF9085/MRF9085S is $75 each/10,000.
