Using a second-generation eXtra Fast Complementary Bipolar (XFCB) process, the AD8021 amplifier provides a noise figure of 2.1 nV/ÃHz and 2.1 pA/ÃHz. designed for 16-bit systems, distortion performance is 93 dBc SFDR at 1 MHz and better than 100 dBc at 100 kHz. Other features include a bandwidth of 200 MHz at G = -1 and 190 MHz at G = -10, a voltage supply range between ±2.5V and ±12V, 50 ns overload recovery time, and it settles 2V input steps to within 1% in 23 ns.
