Its ceramic and metal package provides environmental protection for long-term reliability. The chip is used in millimeter-wave point-to-point, point-to-multipoint, and mesh wireless communications systems, including applications such as LMDS, digital radio, VSAT and sensors. Pricing is $42.50 each/1,000 and $26.22 each/50,000.
