Introduced as the first four-pin optocoupler in a SSOP package to meet the BSI EN60950,0.4-mm insulation thickness specification for supplemental isolation, the PS2861 is optimized for use in dc/dc converters, PLCs and modems. Features include a collector current of 40 mA, VCEO of 40V, rise time of 4 ms, and a fall time of 5 ms.The optocoupler is available with a current transfer ratio of from 50% to 400% and can be shipped in bulk or on tape-and-reel.
