Designed for use as the final RF amplifier in triple-band GSM, DCS and PCS cellular equipment, the RF3110 power amplifier module provides integrated power control. The power control loop meets all spectrum and burst-timing requirements with 50½ input and output terminals. The module also includes software that allows users to calculate ramp profiles for any baseband. It is also suitable for applications in the 880 to 915 MHz, 1,710 to 1,785 MHz, and 1,850 to 1,910 MHz bands.
