Intended for uses in wireless handsets and mobile computing, the VM-A11S surface-mount vector modulator is well-suited for feed-forward amplifier applications. Capable of 360° phase shift and 14-dB minimum attenuation range, the device features two control current inputs of less than 50 mA each and is accurate to within ±0.2 dB and ±1° over any 40-MHz segment of the PCS band. Input third-order intercept point is greater than 37 dBm and I/O VSWR is better than 1.4:1. Size including SMT leads and cover is 0.9" x 1" x 0.21".
