Offered in a 5 mm x 5 mm, surface-mount package, the AMMP series millimeter-wave devices promise to fill all the active RF requirements of point-to-point and point-to-multipoint microwave links. The AMMP-5618 is a 6 to 20 GHz general-purpose amplifier with 19 dBm output power and 13 dB gain while the 5 to 30 GHz AMMP-6530 image reject mixer specifies a -7 dB conversion loss and 15 dB image suppression. With a bandwidth of 6 to 18 GHz, the AMMP-6420 1W power amplifier features partial input and output match to 50?. The AMMP-6220 6 to 20 GHz low-noise amplifier exhibits a 2.2 dB noise figure and delivers a gain of 23 dB. For frequency multiplication chores, the 6 to 20 GHz AMMP-6120 doubles a 3 to 10 GHz input signal range with integrated amplification, matching, harmonic suppression, and a bias network.
