Custom designed for broadband mixer L.O. applications, these surface-mount frequency synthesizers have fixed frequency or programmable outputs in bands from 50 MHz to 2,700 MHz. The LX-Series has outputs with up to octave bandwidth at a fc of less than or equal to 600 MHz. At 1 GHz frequency output, phase noise characteristics are -98 dBc/Hz at 10 Khz offset and -120 dBc/Hz at 100 KHz offset. Housed in a 0.75" square surface-mount package, the LX-Series is suited for use in broadband wireless communications systems. EM RESEARCH INC., Citrus Heights, CA. (916) 722-4266.
