The device operates from 0.8 GHz to 2.5 GHz, making it viable for a wide range of applications. Typical specifications at +2.6V include an insertion loss of 0.4 dB at 1 GHz and 0.45 dB at 2 GHz, a PIN (0.1 dB) of +37 dBm, 2f0/3f0 harmonics of -75/-75 dBc at +35 dBm PIN, 1 GHz, and 2f0/3f0 harmonics of -70/-75 dBc at +33 dBm PIN, 2 GHz.
