An extremely small low-noise driver amplifier for 900 MHz CDMA/AMPS applications, RF2352 offers a high intercept point, power down control and a high/low gain control. In the low gain state, the gain is adjustable, and the device draws no current. In the high gain state, the device delivers 19.5 dB gain with a 2.3 dB noise figure. For use as a TDMA/CDMA/FM driver amplifier, low-noise transmit driver, or general-purpose amplifier in the 824 to 925 MHz frequency range, this device operates from a single 2.7V to 3.6V supply. Dimensions of the package are 4 x 4 mm in the leadless MLP-16.
