Optimized for Intel's Monahans processor family employing the third-generation XScale architecture, the MoBL-USB TX2 transceiver is compliant with the USB 2.0 Transceiver Macrocell Interface (UTMI) standard. The transceiver is offered in a 56-ball VFBGA package that measures 5 mm x 5 mm with a 0.5-mm ball pitch, said to be the industry's smallest. It also reports the lowest suspend current at 15 µA.
