Quick and easy evaluation of SuperHBA protocol accelerator functionality and performance is possible thanks to the SuperHBA evaluation kit. As a result, it's simpler to integrate the entire family of accelerators. Included in the kit is a Linux-based PC running the Redhat Enterprise Station Linux v3 operating system with a quad-port SuperHBA protocol accelerator installed in the PCI-X slot. The system is shipped with all necessary software drivers and diagnostic/evaluation tools pre-installed so that customers can quickly assess performance. Field upgrades can be done via CD ROM, e-mail, or Internet downloads. The SuperHBA is based on the company's intelligent protocol processing technology.
