Designed for use in LNB down-converters employed in DBS receiver systems, the UPG183GR is a new 4 x 2 GaAs RFIC switch that provides four independent IF input channels that can be internally switched to one of two output channels. Good insertion loss performance ensures good signal clarity, while high isolation reduces channel-to-channel interference. The RFIC switch also features a frequency range of 950 to 2150 MHz, a tiny 16-pin HTSSOP package, and availability on tape-and-reels for volume manufacturing. Price is $2.18 each/100,000.
