Designed for the receive section of digital-communication handsets, the RF2448 is a complete receiver front end that amplifies and downconverts RF signals. Features include adjustable IIP3 of the LNA and mixer's bias current using an off-chip current-setting resistor. The components two-level digital IIP3 control reduces current draw in standby mode and other situations not requiring a high IIP3.
