Available in a low-cost, SMT plastic SOIC-8 slug package, the EC-2067 is a high-efficiency, 1W power amplifier operating at 3.6 VCC. Made using a gallium arsenide heterojunction bipolar transistor (HBT) process, the device is optimized for cellular and ISM band applications. It operates from a single 3.3V to 6.0V supply and includes power-down features. Maximum output power is 30.5 dBm at 3.6V. A 30 dBm small signal gain allows its to be easily matched to obtain optimum power and efficiency.
