With the recent completion of QML Q and V production qualification, the UT54ACS164245S MultiPurpose digital transceiver is now ready for applications in satellite payload, launch vehicle, and other avionics systems. The rad-hard device is said to offer features unmatched in the industry, including cold-sparing, voltage translation, basic transceiver functionality, slew rate control, and Schmitt trigger inputs. This member of the RadHard MSI logic family can withstand temperatures ranging from -55°C to 125°C and ionizing doses of 100 Krads(Si); it’s also immune to single event-induced latch-up. UT54 ACS164245S transceiver comes in a 48-lead flatpack.
