The CMM3554 is an RF IC MMIC power amplifier specifically designed for wireless local-loop applications operating within the W-CDMA requirements. The 3.5-GHz amplifier offers 7.75V operation, +24 dBm linear output power and 30 dB gain at operating output. It’s biased to meet the requirements of W-CDMA linear modulation systems and is packaged in a plastic SO-8 for excellent electrical stability and low thermal resistance.
