Optimized for dual-band, dual-mode applications where battery life is essential to enhance performance, the MT3S03T and MT3S04T RF transistors provide low voltage of just 1V. The devices also provide low Vce and low capacitance. Housed in TESM packaging measuring just 1.4 mm x 1.2 mm x 0.59 mm, the devices are targeted at applications such as digital cellular, PCS, digital cordless phones and PDAs. Also targeted for use in wireless local loop and VCOs, the transistors enable OEMs to create more affordable, longer-operating mobile communications devices able to function seamlessly throughout North America.
