Medallion antennas are able to handle voice and data transmissions for critical communications situations including public safety. Units are well-suited for fixed data applications such as vending machine monitoring, tracking package shipments, meter reading and tracking, and other data transfer functions. Antennas feature unity gain and 10W power rating. The groundplane-dependent design makes them well-suited for transit buses, police cars, firefighting trucks, airport service vehicles and construction equipment. Frequency coverage is 806 to 894 MHz (ASP-8891) and 890 to 960 MHz (ASPG8891). Both are compatible with firm's male/female mounting system. Hard-shell radomes are offered in black matte as standard with other colors available as customs.
