GaAs FET SPDT Switch Is Non-Reflective

For applications from 0.5 GHz to 3 GHz, the AS186-302 is a GaAs FET IC SPDT switch that offers high isolation of 50 dB at 0.9 GHz and at 1.9 GHz. The positive-control, non-reflective switch comes in a miniature MSOP-8 exposed-pad package. It's a suitable building block for base-station applications where synthesizer isolation is critical.
