Housed in an ultra-miniature SOT-6 package, the AS191-73 PHEMT GaAs FET IC high linearity SPDT transmit/receive switch features 2.5V to 5V linear operation at input power levels greater than 35 dBm. This low insertion, high isolation switch can be used in analog and digital wireless communication systems, including cellular, GSM and DECT applications. Pricing is $1.05 each/50,000.
