Combining directional couplers and microwave zero bias schottky detectors, the Model 201040013 covers the entire frequency band of 1-40 GHz. Frequency sensitivity is ±1.7 dB min.; directivity is 14 dB min. from 1-20 GHz and 10 dB min. from 20-40 GHz; max. VSWR is 1.5 from 1-20 GHz and 1.7 from 20-40 GHz; max. insertion loss is 1.1 dB over 1-20 GHz and 1.8 dB, 20-40 GHz; and low level sensitivity is 20 µV/ µW min. The device is available with input connectors of 2.4 mm or K female. Other narrower frequency bands are also available.
