The PE3502 and PE3503 3.5 GHz prescalers for commercial wireless applications are high performance monolithic CMOS prescalers with fixed divide ratios of four and eight respectively. With an operating frequency range of 2 to 3.5 GHz, the prescalers are designed for low power operation, 14 mA at 3V across frequency and operate from a single supply. The devices are add-ons to the companyÕs family of commercial RF prescalers. The PE3502 and PE3503 prescalers are priced at $1.72 each/10,000.
