Seeking high power band-selection duties in CDMA and dual-band GPS cellular phones, the UPG2031TQ GaAs MMIC switch operates at frequencies from 500 MHz to 2.5 GHz. The device is also suitable for use in 2.4 GHz ISM-band applications. Features include typical insertion losses of 0.45 dB at 1 GHz and 0.55 dB at 2 GHz, and an isolation of 26 dB at 1 GHz and 21 dB at 2 GHz. Second and third harmonics are 75 dBc at PIN = +27 dBm.
