Claiming unequaled sensitivity performance and low-power operation, the TA32305M transceiver module and TA32305FN/FNG transceiver operate at frequencies from 240 MHz to 450 MHz with a sensitivity of -120 dBm. The TA32305M can be used as an embedded reference design for the TA32305FN/FNG or as a ready-to-use RF transceiver. Both are FCC compliant and provide AM and FM communications. The TA32305FN/FNG consumes 4.3 mA in Tx mode and 5.6 mA (FM) and 5.3 mA (AM) in Rx mode. In Tx, the TA32305M consumes less than 5 mA and less than 6 mA in Rx. Price for the TA32305FN/FNG is $1.25 each/100,000. TOSHIBA AMERICA ELECTRONIC COMPNENTS, Inc. San Jose, CA. (408) 526-2400.
