Claiming new levels of broadband linearity, attenuation accuracy, and programming flexibility, the PE4302 and PE4304 digital step attenuators (DSAs) maintain an IP3 of greater than ±50 dBm across steps from 1 MHz to 2.5 GHz. Both are 50? and 75?,

Claiming new levels of broadband linearity, attenuation accuracy, and programming flexibility, the PE4302 and PE4304 digital step attenuators (DSAs) maintain an IP3 of greater than ±50 dBm across steps from 1 MHz to 2.5 GHz. Both are 50? and 75?, 6-bit DSAs with a 0.5 dB LSB and include positive-logic serial and parallel interfaces. They operate from a single 3V supply and feature what is reported as a unique power-up preset feature. Available in 20-lead QFN packages, both devices specify an insertion loss of 1.5 dB. In addition, the PE4302 specifies a guaranteed return loss of 15 dB through 2.2 GHz. For more details, call PEREGRINE SEMICONDUCTOR CORP., San Diego, CA. (858) 455-0660.
